Cancellation and Refund Policy

How Lumicode Pro cancellations, failed payments, refunds, and credit adjustments are handled.

Canceling Pro

You can cancel Pro from the billing portal at any time. Unless Stripe shows otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Existing paid credits remain available until their original expiry date.

Failed payments

Stripe may retry a failed renewal. No new Pro credits are granted until the invoice is successfully paid. Valid starter or education credits remain available while billing is being resolved.

Refund requests

Contact hello@lumicode.dev with the account email and invoice reference. Refunds are assessed under applicable law and the circumstances of the charge. This policy does not limit rights provided by consumer law.

A full refund revokes unused credits from the refunded invoice. Accounts where refunded credits were already spent or reserved may be placed under billing review. Partial refunds are reviewed manually.
